(1) What is the Cold cranking amps (CCA) of the battery?
Starter batteries, also known as SLI (starter light ignition) are marked with CCA. The number indicates the current in ampere that the battery can deliver at –18°C (0°F). American and European norms differ slightly. (See BU:902a: How to measure CCA; see BU:1102: Abbreviation under CCA)
(2) What is the Specific energy, energy density of the battery?
Specific energy, or gravimetric energy density, defines battery capacity in weight (Wh/kg); energy density, or volumetric energy density, reflects volume in liters (Wh/l). Products requiring long runtimes at moderate load are optimized for high specific energy; the ability to deliver high current loads can be ignored.
(3) How does Aucopo recommend batteries be stored for a long period of time?
For extended storage (over 21 – 30 days), these guidelines can better preserve the life of your battery:
If it’s a new battery, store it in its box until you need it. Otherwise, charge or discharge the battery to 40 – 60% capacity using your Windows operating system power meter, then remove it from your system.
Store in a standard office environment, away from extreme temperatures.
If possible, don’t buy batteries until you need them.
(4) Must I return the defective product(s) in person?
It is not necessary for returning the defective product(s) in person. Authorized person can help you to do so. In addition, you can mail your defective product(s) by express to our Repair Centre. For any customers who refer to mail us by express (the warranty card and official purchase receipt should be included in the package), call us for the day of package arrival. Customer should be responsible for transporting fee of the express services.

(5) What are the disadvantages of Lithium Ion batteries compared with other rechargeable batteries?
Lithium-ion batteries are more expensive than similar capacity NiMH or NiCd batteries. This is because they are much more complex to manufacture. Li-ion batteries actually include special circuitry to protect the battery from damage due to overcharging or undercharging. They are also more expensive because they are manufactured in much smaller numbers than NiMH or NiCd batteries. Li-ion batteries are becoming less expensive and over time we should see their price decrease significantly.
Lithium ion batteries are not available in standard cells sizes (AA, C and D) like NiMH and NiCd batteries.
UPDATE: I just discovered an overseas manufacturer that sells down regulated li-ion cells in several standard cell configurations, AA, AAA, etc. that outputs 1.5 VOLT S – whaatttt?? How long have they been on the market? Are they reliable? Are they safe? Kentli is their name and I need to get some samples and test the heck out of them ASAP. Lithium ion is considered a “volatile” cell chemistry so I am a bit skeptical but finally a manufacturer has gone and ventured into that territory. This could be both disruptive and awesome. Lithium-ion batteries also require sophisticated chargers that can carefully monitor the charge process. And because of their different shapes and sizes each type of Li-ion battery requires a charger designed to accommodate its particular size. This means lithium ion battery chargers are more expensive and more difficult to find than NiMH and NiCd battery chargers.
(6) Can I Use a Battery Tender on my Aucopo Battery?
While your typical Battery Tender charger is compatible with these LiFeP04 batteries, Aucopo says you should use a Battery Tender “only if you really need to”. The reality is, Aucopo’s powersports batteries have a much slower self-discharge rate than lead acid batteries. After the period of inactivity, it’s okay to use the Battery Tender to charge them back to full capacity.
